RESERVATIONS POLICIES

All reservations must be made a minimum of 5 days prior to the reserved arrival date. The client must pay 50% at the time the reservation is made and the other 50% upon arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Once a reservation is confirmed, any notice of cancellation will be charged 30% of the deposit if the notification is made 30 days prior to the date of the reservation, and 50% of the deposit if the notification is made 15 prior to the date of the reservation.
